Anna Ludlow MBRA has worked in the natural health business for over 20 years as a qualified reflexologist, and runs a healthy, established business.

Given her experience with female clients who are pre-menopausal or in the throws of the "change of life", she is aware of the huge gap of knowledge and information available during this time.  Working with healthcare professionals, she has developed a short informative workshop for any woman interested in the managing their menopause in a natural way.
